A temporary protective order has been issued against Darian Morgan, widely known as Big Tigger, mandating that he maintain a distance from his wife, Alicia Brown, and their children.

The order, granted by a Fulton County judge, requires Big Tigger to stay 200 yards away from Brown and the children and prohibits any contact with them.

This development follows his recent arrest and subsequent release.

Alicia Brown was granted the temporary protective order on Wednesday after petitioning the court for protection.

The order also gives Brown temporary custody of the minor children and exclusive use of the family home.

Furthermore, Big Tigger is required to surrender access to the home's Ring cameras and remote gate controls.

In her petition, Brown alleged that during an altercation in May, the former "Rap City" host slammed her head into a door, an incident she claims necessitated stitches.

She also stated that Big Tigger pressured her to deny the incident and threatened that she would "lose everything" if she spoke out.

Brown further claimed that he later cut off her access to the home's cameras and gate controls.

This legal action comes after Big Tigger's arrest on June 20 on charges of aggravated assault and child cruelty.

He was released after posting surety bonds totaling $10,000.

A hearing related to the protective order is scheduled for July 13.
